Great Travel Moment

Every night while in Maui, we would walk down to the ocean to watch the sunset. It was particularly gloomy on this evening and dark clouds covered the sky. We saw some splashing off the tide pools to our left and walked through the coral rocks to see what was causing the noise. To our absolute surprise, we saw five gigantic sea turtles feeding on crabs in the rocks of the reef and up against the shore. To witness these magical creatures so close and in their natural environment was unforgettable. Before heading back to the beach, I turned around and snapped some pictures to commemorate the moment. This picture is as breathtaking as the moment was. I will never forget the sun setting amongst dark, angry clouds over the calm ocean and the waves breaking on the reef. I felt the enormity of the earth that evening and through this picture.
