Great Travel Moment

My bestfriend Samantha and I had long awaited this trip to Hawaii. What made this bittersweet is that she unexpectedly lost her job the very day she landed in Hawaii. We both enjoy adventure and are not afraid of new experiences. This trip bought us closer together and we learned so much more about each other. In spite of losing her job, Samantha soldered through and never let the crisis impose upon her vacation. She put a brave face forward (because she did not want to rain on my vacation )and had a great time. We laughed so hard at times that tears streamed down our face and we worked as a team. What made this trip so special is that it strengthed our bond. Neither one of us had ever been to Hawaii. Standing on the edge of the crater made me feel as ifl I was on some alien planet. I was reminded of the enormity and beauty of the world in which i live.
