Great Travel Moment My husband and I took a trip to Alaska to celebrate our anniversary, which included a trip into Denali National Park. We didn't realize it until we arrived at Denali, that we were some of the most fortunate people who had ever visited there. The temperatures were in the seventies and the sun smiled at us all day. A ranger that works at the park was on the bus with us and commented about how lucky we were to be there the day we were. He told us that the weather was rarely that good, and that you often don't get to see the top of the mountain. We came, we saw, and we felt privileged to have seen Mount McKinley in all its glory. |
