Great Travel Moment

After wandering the city west of the Vltava, I turned to find St. Nicolas church illuminated beneath the fall evening. While most photos may focus their efforts on other buildings in town, this shot reminds me not only of how beautiful Prague is at every turn, but also the great time to be had in this part of the city. The best beer I have ever tasted is just up the hill, at the Strahov Monastery. Beautiful views are waiting in countless corners, overlooking the rest of town. The pulse of this city is unique, and strolling down the streets and alleys was a wonderful way to experience it. Prague is a gorgeous city, perhaps my favorite in Europe, and thankfully I was able to capture all the liveliness, color and history I remember of the Czech capital with this photo.
