Great Travel Moment

We had just come back down from a trek to Spitti in the Indian Himalayas. I was feeling strong as I stood at Bijli Mahadev, where every 12 years legend says Lord Shiva absorbs lightening and saves the world! The sky overwhelmed me, the mountains stood serene and beautiful before me, everything was possible and I felt a connection to that time and place like never before.
