Great Travel Moment

Loire valley. January of 1995. All tourists are in warm countries. They escaped the cold of Europe and went to Caribbean or to Pacific Island or, the misfortune ones, to Egypt or Israel. After long Autumn they ran to get more sun to be able to withstand the long Winter in front and early Spring after it. French resorts are EMPTY! All châteaux are EMPTY! Atlantic coast is deserted completely! But the weather is completely FANTASTIC! It's +15 in Celsius, and the trees still have green and yellowish leaves. The Loire river is full of water and Loire cellars are full of that wonderful Vouvray, Touraine and Chinon, which makes the travel sooooo enjoyable...
