Great Travel Moment I was out shooting photos at dawn in the center of Pushkar, India and stopped to admire the patina of the aged blue wall on the left. Then three guys came by, sort of in single file formation with their faces all obscured in some way, so I snapped. This was my last day in Rajasthan before heading back to Delhi, and I recall this morning well because all of Pushkar was veiled in thick mist, making the place otherworldly. The combination of setting, light, weather, and people reminded me, in a sudden rush, that I was far from home in every conceivable way. |
