Great Travel Moment

A relaxing afternoon of driving through the south side of Kauai, visiting the beaches of Waimea, Ele Ele and Poipu, this is a view of the Kalaheo Mountains from the road just past the Coffee fields. The iron-rich soil turns the asphalt a deep red-ish brown in contrast to the fluffy clouds and green, abandoned cane growing of it's own accord. Windows down, swimming my hand out the window through the wind, such a peaceful moment.
