Great Travel Moment

London was the first city in Europe my husband and I were able to visit, and for that, we always reminisce about it fondly. One of the things we found to be most fascinating was how modern architecture sprung up around the old and how they blend together. For us, this photo captured that essence perfectly - the old Tower Bridge right next to an extremely post-modern building. It shows how London is constantly evolving into a new place to visit. We saw many other evidences of this intermingling of old and new - from the Yeoman in his traditional uniform, but talking on a cell phone, to a Jumbo-tron set up in Trafalger Square to show a ballet.
