Great Travel Moment I took over 450 photos of the Colosseum with my digital SLR that day. I shot it from every angle I could find. Then I waited for the light to change to shoot those different angles in the changing light from the waning September sun. As I was leaving I pulled out my cellphone and took a photo figuring the Colosseum would be a great background for the screen on my phone. I briefly looked at the photo I took and thought, 'not bad.' I then rushed back to my hotel to see the hundreds of photos I took with my 8 MP SLR digital camera. When I reviewed the photos from my SLR I was not disappointed. I got some truly beautiful shots. However, when I later looked at the photo I took with my phone camera, I was astounded to realize that it was the best photo I got that day. I travel every week and no matter how many photos I take with my SLR, I always shoot with my 3MP cellphone camera as well. I have yet to be disappointed. |
