Great Travel Moment

The phrase "deja vu" refers to the experience, the feeling of one seeing, experiencing, or being someplace before even when one is sure that that is not really true. This is what I refer to when I present the image of "The Sweeper." While walking by one of Madrid's many plazas, I encountered a public art sculpture, a human size bronze figure of a sweeper. Immediately after, I saw it's source of inspiration, the actual human sweeper performing his daily duty. In this image I captured art imitating life and life imitating art in a moment I can only describe as "deja vu."
