Great Travel Moment

After a narrow climb to the top of the island of Santorini, I snapped away with my camera, each picture continuing to 'top' the previous picture. I kept thinking - how could this island get any more beautiful? We were finally dropped off, and walked the winding, twisting pathways, making our way to a tiny shop that sold authentic paintings of the island. I purchased a classic Santorini painting there as a gift, that later brought the recipient to tears. After making our way through the town, we entered a small part of the island that seemed nearly uninhabited, with the odd tourist sprinkled here and there. This picture completely captures the peak of my hunt for the most beautiful shot I could take on the island of Santorini.
