Great Travel Moment We were traveling through the Daintree Rainforest, at over 135 million years old, one of the oldest rain forests on earth. The posture and proximity of this crocodile made me feel as if we were in a prehistoric world, and a dangerous one at that. He seems to have a stillness that could erupt into a fatal fury at any second. Needless to say we beat a hasty retreat and looked for something a little less dangerous to photograph. |

I like this photo for all the green...and the fact that what could be a "log" floating by certainly is not a log!
