Great Travel Moment

"The Hand" was taken at a park in Washington, D.C. It was during my son's eighth grade trip, and the students had a blast coming up with ingenious ways to reach out and touch this hand. It was a beautiful day just before sunset. What an amazing picture of the hand of God ready to intercede on behalf of our country. "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14) These students carry a love for their country with them to this day because of the great teachers who brought them to this place.
