Great Travel Moment

Twenty five temples of an original 805 remain. Built between the 9th and 10th centuries under the patronage of the Candela rulers. It is obvious this was a peaceful period. Each temple is magnificent resplendent with erotic sculptures and panels. We know them best as the Kama Sutra Temples. Each sulpture tells a visual story. Walking the spacious grounds, one feels removed from the present. Restoration continues thought not obvious.
