Great Travel Moment I went to the Sierra Nevadas, California to work as a research assistant. It was the most amazing place I had ever been. We would take drives some days, and within less than an hour, we would be in a totally different environment. We would go from snow-covered mountains to rocky hills, from far-reaching grass fields to forests of the most magnificent trees I had ever seen. The sky reached as far as the eye could see, and fluffy gigantic clouds always seemed to form different shapes. The colors were so vivid and plentiful, greens, blues, reds, and browns to name a few. I felt like I was in a dream where I got to control exactly what I would see, from the kind of environment, to the weather, and even the colors. It was a constant visual surprise; a heaven I will never forget. |
