Great Travel Moment

It was easy to snap some great photos while visiting Ventotene, a picturesque island off the coast of Italy. Although it is not a bustling tourist destination or a historic attraction, the serinity and beauty of Ventotene makes taking pictures of the island and its natural features an absolute joy. I can almost be feel the warm sun and refreshing water of Ventotene when I look a the pictures I took over five years ago. Before visiting the island, I had never seen coves like those along the shore of Ventotene, and I had never seen water so clear. This photo includes both of these special facets. It was my first time abroad and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to travel to this little known island, which I only had the pleasure of visiting for a few short days.
