Great Travel Moment

There are photo opportunities even in a common city park. Griffith Park picnickers tossed a French fry on the grass and this squirrel slowly moved in on it. I dropped down on my belly in anticipation of the 'grab.' I thought that he (or she) would snatch up the greasy morsel and run. But he stayed put and nibbled away. His furry paws and twitching nose were adorable. I had as much fun observing as I did photographing.
