Great Travel Moment

While on holiday in Madrid, my friends and I needed to kill some time before heading into a museum, so we headed into Parque del Retiro , and were instantly taken aback by these funny shaped trees....they were just so interesting...popping out like bunches of fruit...smack dab in the middle of the park.....The closer we got to them....the more intrigued we became....What amazing landscaping we thought!....Fortunately it was on a very cool Sunday afternoon...the weather was just right... and it wasn't very crowded....We climbed onto them...hid inside of them...and sat under them for quite some time before moving on to the rest of the park....I was just so happy to have some downtime...and this park provided us with the much needed respite that we were seeking...
