Great Travel Moment I took this picture in the Lompoul Desert in Senegal in November 2006. I camped in the desert with my mom and some friends and we went on a camel ride. It was quite an experience getting on and off the camels and it is the best memory of our trip. While we walked up one of the sand dunes, the camels and our guides rested. I think this picture really captures the serenity of the desert. |
