Great Travel Moment

While attending a July wedding in Interlaken, Switzerland, we stayed in The Jungfrau Hotel. Upon entering our room, we were taken breathless by the wonder that was directly outside of our balcony doors: Jungfrau Mountain: one of the highest peaks in Switzerland. I just had to capture the moment. There is something so surreal about walking out a hotel room balcony and being welcome by something so grand and beautiful. We had breakfast on our balcony in the morning and enjoyed the crisp air and stunning view. Living in a city at the time, did not provide us with these luxuries. Wide eyed and curious, we knew we had to experience the scenery, not just gawk at its beauty. My fiancé and I enjoyed an exhilarating sledding trip down the Swiss Alps together on a wooden sled and a three hour hike up the mountain, only to enjoy a better view along the way.
