Great Travel Moment

In the Sacred Valley of Peru we were surrounded with striking views and imagery at every turn. We spent many days exploring the area, visiting the Incan ruins, enjoying the warm people and culture. We were driving along a dirt road near the village of Patacancha when I noticed children ahead of us, sitting quietly on a rock wall... I threw out my hand in a big wave and this little girl lit up with a wave and happy smile. Everywhere we went, the bright colors of the clothing danced against the magical landscapes. We felt very welcome in their land by their smiles, friendliness, and hospitality. This was a very special trip for me and my family -- the memories continue to take my breath away.
