Great Travel Moment Me and my son love to travel to historic places when possible. This was taken at Watkin's Mill in Lawson, Missouri. It is the only 19th Century Woolen Mill left in the United States with all of it's original mill equipment inside and still intact. We came across this amazing moment while waiting for our tour to begin. It's as if the snow retreated to a safe location in the shadows and among the leaves in hopes that the spring sun would retreat and winter might continue. Although my son was saddened to see winter coming to an end, it gave me the opportunity to give him a life lesson that was being displayed right before our eyes. I explained to my son, "Everything comes to an end eventually, it's how you live in the moment that matters." |
