Great Travel Moment

Ten years ago, my sister Elaine and I travelled to Illinois to research our family genealogy. We completed our father's side. In the process we discovered that a second cousin, Keith Dever's father built the Meeker Park Lodge property in CO and now Keith who took it over from his father is ready to pass it on to his kids. This summer, we traveled to Meeker Park and spent a week, getting to know Keith and his family and were even told we have the Dever eyes. The picture submitted is the last evening when I baked an Apple Pie to celebrate Elaine's birthday with Keith and his family. Marian, Keith's wife and Patty his daughter are looking on.
