Great Travel Moment

What a sunset! I captured this shot on my very first trip out of the country. I was lucky enough to spend some time at the fairly remote beach of Mal País in Costa Rica. We befriended this wonderful pup while meandering along the beautiful beaches. During this particularly gorgeous sunset we were playing with the dog and I snapped this shot. It brings back memories of the enveloping heat, speaking Spanish, indulging in delicious dishes right on the beach, falling in love with international traveling for the first time, and the feeling of freedom as I experienced a culture other than my own. A memory I will always carry with me & a sunset I will never forget.
