Great Travel Moment My fiancee and I had, until arriving in the southern Indian town of Alleppey, found India to be a barrage of kinetic activity. Of color, sound, chaos, people and auto rickshaws. On the calm smooth backwaters of Kerala we managed to catch our breath, process all we'd seen, hold hands calmly with no white knuckles and plan the second have of our leap into the subcontinent. This is an image of a small Keralan boat from the end of one of days peaceful, quiet canoeing. |
