Dream Trip 2009

Great Travel Moment

This was planned as a group trip, for my Husband and I , as well as my sister and brother in law. But the day before we were suppossed to leave, my brother in law was in an accident at work, and was badly burned. He was rushed off to a burn unit where he had to spend 3 weeks recovering. My husband and I we just about ready to cancel our flights when my sister called to tell me that they wanted us to go ahead and enjoy ourselves, and that they would feel worse if we stayed home as well. So after a lot of deliberating and guilty feelings we decided to go. I am glad we did. My husband and I had some much needed alone time, and despite feeling so guilty, we had a lot of fun.
