Great Travel Moment

Though watching the sunrise behind the Angkor Wat structure was an incredible spiritual experience, witnessing these kids cooling themselves off in the it's moat took me back in time. There are children roaming free everywhere in Cambodia, most times breaking your heart. This scene of these boys having fun in the oppressive heat was pure joy. They just happened to have one of the best backgrounds to play in front of. And it felt like this was the way it has been for centuries.
