Great Travel Moment

Last year my girlfriend and I spent two weeks touring Europe, traveling in Poland, Czech Republic, Austria and Italy. Of all the fantastic places we saw the Italian Riviera was our favorite. We walked along the trail between the Cinque Terre fishing villages and saw the houses hanging off the cliffs and were just awe-struck. But with so many tourists we needed somewhere we could get away. We found it to be the small village just south of the Cinque Terre called Portovenere. The quant village turned out to be part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site that includes the Cinque Terre. It was very picturesque as you can see from this picture I took from our hotel room. My girlfriend and I still reminisce about how romantic it was walking along the promenade at sunset in this village.
