Great Travel Moment

Inspired by Gustave Caillebotte's "Paris Street, Rainy Day" (yes, google the image; you will appreciate this much more), this photo captures my passion of travel and art all in one shot, and is in fact a "Paris Street" on a "Rainy Day". It was after a day spent at Chateau Versailles that an acquainteance and host of mine in Paris agreed to meet me at the Musee D'Orsay. A quick tour around the D'Orsay led to a conversation on art over cocktails. It was then that we discovered we shared an interest in Caillebotte. Fast forward two days...This photo was taken while sitting in a cafe with him. He asked me if he could use my camera, took the shot, and this was the end result. They say a picture is worth 1,000 words, but this may be worth 1,001.
