Great Travel Moment

Off to what I thought was a much-needed vacation to Kauai with my longtime beau of 10+ years, our journey took a twist, concluding with a fairytale ending. The morning of day three started out typical as we planned our day's agenda. Unbeknownst to me, Jon had an alternate set of plans-several months in the making! He proposed that morning and I enthusiastically accepted! After some tears of joy, he says "let's make this the shortest engagement ever" and continues to tell me he has made arrangements to have the ceremony at 4:30 that afternoon...literally took my breath away! As the day progressed, the surprises continued to unfold. In collaboration with my family, he planned a surprise wedding encompassing every detail - from the dress, shoes, photographer, Hawaiian guitarist/dancer to ensuring our families were present! Needless to say~completely swept me off my feet! This picture represents a tender moment after the ceremony in reflection of the day's events.
