Great Travel Moment

This weekend in the Great Cranberry Isle off the coast of Mt.Desert Island in Maine was so picture perfect you could submit the whole album to J.Crew and they would have their late summer catalog! All it took was 8 friends, a house by what is called "the pool" in Great Cranberry, lots of lobster and some fleece! This pack of old, scrappy lobster buoys sums up Maine to me - a lot of Americana, good food and camaraderie. This weekend got college friends back together and took us away from the hectic day to day life and reminded us to have fun - because life is short.
