Great Travel Moment

While in NYC, I visited the Top of the Rock observation deck on the top of Rockefeller Center for a panoramic view of NYC. My visit was perfectly timed because I had an opportunity to view one of the most magnificent sunsets that I have ever seen. (The photo was not enhanced in any way- the sky was actually that color.) I stood staring at the red sky until the colors faded into a starry night sky. Manhattan is a breath-taking place for its man-made wonders. But on this particular night, the skyscrapers could not compete with the wonders of nature?a bright sunset descending upon the city that never sleeps.
