Great Travel Moment

It was such a beautiful day and everyone was telling us how unusual it is to see the sun in Juneau, Alaska. Thanks to this great weather we were able to take a helicopter up and around the mountains and the Juneau ice field. Everything was so beautiful. We landed on this glacier and we got to hike across it surrounded by the mountains. We felt so professional in our hiking gear. They even had us wear crampons. I can still picture the ice blue water. I felt like a spec compared to the huge expanse of the ice and surrounding mountains. It was just an incredible experience. We weren't going to spend the money, but I am so glad we did.
