Great Travel Moment

This was my first trip to Kauai, Hawaii, my wife and I took the trip with family for Christmas. This picture was taken the morning of 12/13/08. We arrived on the island the night of the 12th and it was raining and we could not see anything as we landed or drove to our condo. My wife and I got up early the next morning and went for a sunrise walk. I went out onto the balcony of our condo before we left for our walk and I just happend to have my cell phone in my hands. I was able to catch my first glimpse of the mighty pacific crashing into a rock ledge right outside our balcony. I will never forget this sight and the sound it made as it crashed into the rocks spraying into the air. It was my first Hawiian wave that I have always heard about.
