Great Travel Moment This is a close up of some of the carvings on the Alexander Sarcophagus at the Istanbul Archaeological Museum. I had not expected to feel awe when viewing this treasure, but I did. I just kept walking around it over and over again and couldn't believe the craftsmanship that was required to create it. Humbling. |
