Great Travel Moment

The nightlife in Mykonos is exceptional to begin with. There are hords of tanned happy visitors dancing balmy nights away with new found friends. One of the most amazing places to have a drink is in any one of the numerous ocean front taverns as seen in this picture. If you arrive at a reasonable hour you might be lucky enough to snag a table with a view. Once you have the table its very hard to give it up. You best be prepared to keep the tab open otherwise your table will disappear faster than you can say"Opa"! Fortunately the place we were staying was just a few minutes walk away. No drinking and driving needed in Mykonos. The streets are too pretty to drive on- you just want to wander by foot all day and night. I was lucky enough to celebrate my birthday during our trip and have very fond memories of an entire club singing me happy birthday!
