Great Travel Moment My mother and I took a Deilman River cruise through Germany and the Czech Republic in October 2006. During a bus trip between Meissen and Dresden we stopped to take photos of the Castle Moritzburg in Saxony. This was the last photo I took of the Castle and one of my favorites. Because of the castle being framed between the tree trunk and the tree branches it lends the photo a more"romantic" fairy-tale type quality. You can just imagine a knight in armor galloping up towards the castle from the woods beyond. This day trip was one of my favorites because this castle was out in what appeared to be the"middle of nowhere" and then as you round a curve you see it and it just takes your breath away. |
