Great Travel Moment

During my Cultural Exchange in Taiwan, we took a side trip down the western side of Taiwan. One day, we stopped in the wetlands. Here we saw how oysters are harvested. This picture shows our traditional craft and the rickity bridge we traversed across to reach solid ground. A string of oysters can be see near the bottom righthand side of the picture, sitting on the boat. On the beach, we collected scallops which our guide roasted for us on our boat ride back to the main land. This is an unforgettable experience which I hope I have the fortune to have again.
