Great Travel Moment

Outside Ubud, Bali, we came upon this group of schoolboys at recess - still young enough to laugh, to tease, to show their curiosity for the world without the mask of adolesence to hide behind. Their openness of heart and spirit was so precious; I wonder how long they will keep it?

Laughter, curiosity, and openness. I remember those traits from my thirty years of working with children about the same age. Unfortunately the weight of life's tribulations sometimes changes all these traits as they grow into adulthood. A great capture of those qualities!!
