I love big cats and I have even volunteered at a few animal sanctuaries. When the chance came up to feed and play with a baby tiger in Thailand, I jumped at the opportunity. When the handlers told me he didn't have a name,(they called him no-name), my husband told them that they should name him"sami", after me. We had a tiger naming ceremony with the handlers. The funniest moment happened when we were taping the ceremony. Sami kept trying to bite my husband's ankles and jump towards the camera. He wanted to play. I have a tiger named after me and a memory that will last a lifetime. And, an un-named tiger in Phuket now has a name. How cool is that?
