It is hard to explain the peace and renewal one feels when being out in nature and the miracle of observing wildlife in their native environment. I only wish everyone could experience this. With only about seven thousand cheetah left in the wild, it is real privilege to see a mother rounding up dinner for her two young cubs on the plains of the Masai Mara. Now when I am at the gym in my spinning class and I have to go fast, I imagine that I am the cheetah. When I have to go really, really fast, I am the antelope. Sometimes, in gym class the antelope doesn't make it.
