This picture was taken from the 17th floor of a hotel room. It gives you the impression that Miami is"all work and no play". On the contrary, Miami is a vibrant city that has a lot of fun things to offer: beautiful beaches, museums, tropical gardens, pier that has cruise ships, cultural presentations,and excellent restaurants. As you walk on the streets across from this hotel, you will find all kinds of ethnic restaurants. Our favorite area is"Calle Ocho(8th Street in Spanish). It is ,also,known as"Little Havana". We make it a point to stop there whenever we are in town.
