Great Travel Moment

Providenciales– this island rocks! Walking to the far end of gorgeous Grace Bay, we encountered a small tidal pool peppered with gargantuan smooth rocks– most with huge holes in the center carved out by a lifetime of ocean playfulness. These rocks would no doubt make great pendants for giants. And great souvenirs for the folks back home... although there might be an overweight baggage charge. Unexpectedly, a rain cloud presented itself, causing us to seek shelter in the low, limestone-layered cave you see in the background. Here we took a relaxing apple break, enjoying the organic visual effects– the contrast of the dark storm clouds against the stunning cerulean sea, and admiring nature's rock collection.
