Great Travel Moment As the first international flight to land at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok our trip began on a high. The beautiful multi million-dollar structure is truly amuseum in itself. From the opulence of the airport and the royal castles (like this in the photo), to the poverty of the streets and water markets, the contrast is simultaneously melancholy and remarkable. Bangkok proper is like being on the edge of the future, while taking the tours in the backcountry is like taking a walk back in history. The lush foliage, waterfalls, and fields of crops make you forget the teaming populace of the city. Shopping is an experience all its own. A dinner cruise along the Chao Phraya River allows you a fabulous view of the city at night lit up like a Christmas tree. The experience will touch all your senses and leave you wanting more. |

Everyone needs to see Bangkok especially The Royal Palace as well as the streets and float market. You will love the Thai people because, they are happy and friendly people among the Asian populations.
