Great Travel Moment

As I walked briskly through the scorching sun on my way to Humayun's Tomb in New Delhi, India, I noticed a woman sitting in the shade under a dense and vibrant tree. Even in the shade, she could not possibly escape the heat. However, she was still and calm in a land that was far from tranquil. I wanted badly to join her, close my eyes, and find her sense of peace. Yet, I was in a hurry to experience as much of India as I could. I took her picture to remind me that I too need to pause more often and meditate in peace under a tree, away from the hustle of my day and the chaos of the world. This picture will always remind me that with a moment of time, one can find serenity amongst commotion.
