This picture was taken during the Buckingham Palace Changing of the Guard in London, England. The men who engage in this ceremony are not just performing a show for the tourists. They are in fact considered some of the most elite and skillful professional soldiers in the British Army. I was lucky enough to catch a glimpse of them while on my way to the Live 8 concert in 2005 benefiting the Make Poverty History campaign which wasn't intended to raise money, but rather to raise awareness of the need for debt relief in the world's poorest nations.
