Great Travel Moment "We were surprised only once,when we approached an elephant hidden from our view. Without warning she charged the Vehicle,trumpeting loudly,ears flaring. Dave gunned the engine to the Land rover and raced to get out of her way! Dust was flying in every direction. Hearts were beating 200 times a minute! Sweat was pouring down our faces! Faces were pale and ashen!When it was safe, he stopped the jeep to compose himself. His hands were actually shaking. We all got out and stood on the ground with wobbly legs! Looking back...Such an adventure! |

A great travel memory, Nadine. I e-mailed you a collage of some of the members of the group that posted their picture in the last contest. I was unable to fit your "Guardian Angel" into picture. I don't know if you received it or not. It could be in you spam. Several of the group e-mailed me telling me they had received the collage. Godd luck. I will check in on all of the group from time to time.
