Great Travel Moment

I took this photograph at about 3am, on New Year's morning in a tiny Chinese restaurant in lower Manhattan. Hungry after a night of dancing and celebrating the new year, a friend and I ventured to Mott street to grab a bite...we ended up getting to watch a true art-form being crafted. Within moments of this photograph's taking, the man seated at the table picked up a pair of chopsticks and used the plate of ground meat to make several dumplings faster than I thought humanly possible. It was truly unbelievable. To me this photograph perfectly illustrates the events of a typical NYC night...you never can tell how things will end up.
