Great Travel Moment

In Paris, April 2007, I was able to visit my daughter and wife, who had been living there for two months. While showing me the highlights of the romantic city, my wife snapped this photograph of a young Parisian playing on the famous sculpture L'ecoute by Henri de Miller. I love the irony in the way the child's hand is captured pulling himself up the sculpture's hand. Paris in the spring is full of surprises.
